… they are not satisfied with “as good as”. That is why Monolith has further developed its ceramic barbecues and we proudly present the new Monolith Pro 2.0 series.
All Monolith kamados are now equipped with a refined fiberglass seal including high-quality metal band. Our Junior gets the beloved Icon hinge and is ready for the fireplate. The hinge point of the Classic lid has been moved so that it can be opened with even less effort. In addition, all models get new cast iron ventilation hoods, which are equipped with the new slide system for more stability. And so that every Monolith is Guru-ready, all our kamados now have a Guru blower adapter.
CLASSIC:
More flexibility with even more stability. The hinge point of the lid has been moved in such a way that it is even easier to open. In addition, the lid lies nicely flat due to its own weight and therefore closes better than ever before.
JUNIOR: Lid off, fireplate on – in the new Pro Series 2.0, the Junior is now also equipped with the ICON hinge, the biggest update to the Junior to date. From now on, as the last model in our series, it can also be expanded with a fireplate in no time at all.
The new sealing system of our ICON has led to great enthusiasm in the barbecue scene in 2020. In 2021 we will continue to respond to this and provide all our barbecue models with a stainless steel and fiberglass seal. Replacing the seal once every 3-5 years under normal use means that it is virtually maintenance-free and even easier to clean. Both when used with the fireplate and with the steel brush, the new seal is armed against any confrontation with fire and steel.
No more compromises: the Pro Series 2.0 comes with a built-in adapter on which the BBQ GURU fan can be placed in just one click. This way you are always "ready" for your next barbecue and the difficult mounting of the adapter plate is a thing of the past once and for all.
The same function in a new style: The improved cast iron ventilation hood directs the smoke vertically and without detour upwards. The new slide system offers more stability and feels even better.
The MONOLITH Kamado BBQ combines the benefits of a traditional barbecue with those of a stone oven. Barbecuing, cooking at a low temperature, braising, baking, smoking - whether you need high temperatures to grill your steak perfectly or want to braise or smoke for hours at very low temperatures - the MONOLITH always delivers a perfect result. It is also extremely suitable as a stone oven for baking pizza or bread. The usable temperature range is between 70°C and 400°C.
Quickly grill two steaks? No problem. Thanks to the chimney effect, the charcoal glows very quickly. After grilling, the air inlet and outlet are simply closed. Due to the extremely good sealing of the barbecue, the charcoal extinguishes very quickly and can be used again next time.
The unique system for passing through smoke pellets and/or smoke wood chips also makes it possible to give what is on your grid the typical BBQ smoke flavor without having to open the lid.
The MONOLITH consists of extremely heat-resistant ceramic and stainless steel. The base is made of powder-coated steel, while the practical side tables of the MONOLITH Classic and the MONOLITH LeChef are made of bamboo.
