Griddle plates and accessories
With a griddle, you can also cook on your barbecue whatever would otherwise fall through the bars. Roybo designs the griddles, rims, and chafing dish attachment himself, and makes them to fit your appliance.
What you can do with a griddle plate
Vegetables, fish, fried potatoes, onions, or a full breakfast: on a griddle, it simply continues where a rack stops. You choose a whole griddle or a third, so you can fry and grill simultaneously on the same appliance.
If you want to make poffertjes, there is the poffertjes plate. To keep them warm on a buffet, slide the stainless steel chafing dish attachment into the space created.
Custom-made, because every device is different
We make many plates to measure. A suitable plate is ready for the Grafen-line, and if nothing standard fits your setup, we will draw it to your dimensions.

Keep clean without scrubbing
A caked-on plate normally requires a lot of sanding, and over time, the plate deteriorates. With the Roybotank, you loosen the grease without sanding, so your plate stays looking good for longer.

Gas, electric, or induction: what should I choose for a food stall?
That depends on your connection at the location. Gas can be used anywhere, while electric and induction require sufficient power. Let me know your situation via WhatsApp, and I will recommend the hob or burner that fits.
Do you supply separate cooking burners and rims?
Yes, separate Hokkers, cooking burners, and rims alongside complete griddles. For keeping food warm and baking through, we carry, among others, the Bake Master line from Hendi, plus our own custom-made griddles.
Can I have a griddle plate or insert custom-made?
